TANGSHAN J& L PACKING MATERIAL CO., LTD. is a leading China-based steel strapping manufacturer. We produce and sell regular and high duty steel strapping. The designed annual capacity of the first plant built in Tang Shan, Hebei Province is 15000 tons.
The plant is located in Tang Shan suburban area, an approximate 100 miles away from TianJin, the China largest sea port. The geographic location has warranted us a low-cost structure for export market.

1. WORKMENSHIP CHARACTERISTICS
All the bundled products have been handled by patent technology, including removing the burr and fraze. The steel strapping is smooth-edged, which can assure of safe using.
(1) The steel strapping, with coat-treated, has formed a symmetrical cerated surface, and feels lubrication. This can abate the friction between steel strappings and steel strappings and things being packed, so that the steel strapping can be pulled tight to make the packages firm.
(2) We choose the hydro-soluble wax with types of environment- protection for the waxy covering of the surface, which complies with the environmental standard requirement of the internationally universal export packing.
(3)According to the differences of the workmanship, there are three types of
the steel strapping: bluing, and lacquering. The bluing belt compares much better than the lacquering belt in antiseptic property.
(4)We choose the hydro-soluble paint with types of environment-protection
for the lacquering belt, which complies with the environmental standard requirement of the internationally universal export packing.

(2). TYPES OF PRODUCTS SPOOLING
According to the various types of spooling of steel strapping, it can be divided in three: single row spooling, reciprocation spooling and giant spooling. The width of single row spooling is in accordance with that of steel strapping. The width of reciprocation spooling is usually 64mm and 89mm. The width of giant spooling is 190mm, which is suitable for the steel strapping with a width of 31.74mm. If there is any special requirement, we can get the products made on the request of the users.
(3). PERFORMANCE OF PRODUT
According to the tightening force and safety requirement, the performance of the product falls into three types: regular tenacity, high strength and super strength.
(4). SURFACE TREATMENT
The surface treatment falls into two types: bluing and lacquering. Users can make the choice according to their demands. The bluing belt is usually blue, and the lacquering belt falls into various colors such as green, black and brown, etc..
3.FORMS OF PACKING
The products are usually packed with waterproof craft paper. The steel strappings are put on wooden or iron frame. As long as the single frame, it can hold 12-15 pieces of reciprocation spooling, 20-44 pieces of single row spooling and 3-5 pieces of giant spooling. Special packing requirement can be made as the users requires.
